How do I make an appointment?

2. You could request a time that you desire and match your convenience by clicking here to book an appointment. Once our front desk staff confirms the appointment, you are in!
3. Walk-in. You can make your appointment in person with us.
Do you offer invisalign?
Yes! We offer free invisalign consult and 3D scanning to anyone who is interested. What are you waiting for? Book an appointment with us!
How do I switch dentist? Can you transfer my records from my previous dentist to Yonge Forest Dental?
Your previous record is a valuable set of information we could use to further strengthen our diagnosis. Sounds like a hassle to move the record? No problem, once we send you the form to release the record from your previous office our staff will take care of it before your first appointment is ready!
Do you bill insurance directly?
Yes! Billing insurance has never been easier. We can send both estimates and your claims directly to insurance to minimize the work on your end. Make sure to bring your insurance card and your ID so we can verify your coverage status for you. Even more helpful if you bring the insurance information booklet with us to give you an exact invoice!
How do I pay the balance of my bill?
We accept all credit cards, debit cards and e-transfer from the banks! Sometimes insurance companies take longer time to process your claim request and there may be co-pay remaining to pay. Simply pick your payment of choice on the spot, or send us an email transfer and we can either print or email your receipts.
What if I need to cancel my appointment?
We understand emergencies or unfortunate circumstances arise where you can’t make your appointment. We’re sorry we missed you this time, just let us know 48 hours before the appointment and we’ll rebook you right away at your earliest convenience.
